What data do we collect and how do we use it?

We process your personal data only for the recruitment process of Tywent Sp. z o. o. (ul. Orkana 1, 36-020 Tyczyn, NIP: 813-31-70-567).

We would like to inform you what data we collect and why, and how we use them in recruitment processes.

The three main types of data we collect are contact details, career and previous employment details, and qualifications/skills. Only authorized employees/associates of Tywent Sp. z o.o., in particular employees of the HR Department and the Director or Head of the Department to which you are applying.

Providing data is voluntary, but failure to do so will result in the inability to establish an employment relationship between you and Tywent Sp. z o. o. You have the right to demand from Tywent Sp. z o. o. access to personal data concerning you and obtaining a copy thereof, as well as requesting their rectification, deletion of data, limiting their processing and the right to object to their processing.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (supervisory authority).

Your data is collected in accordance with art. 221 § Labor Code for the purposes of recruitment processes in Tywent Sp. z o. o. and for contact purposes. In the case of data that is not listed in art. 22 1 § 1 of the Labor Code, the basis for their processing is your consent.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, which, however, does not affect the validity of the activities performed in the period between its granting and withdrawal.

In the event of unemployment, your data will be processed during the recruitment process and 3 months after its completion.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union and will not be used in automatic profiling processes.

Only authorized employees/associates of Tywent Sp. z o.o., in particular employees of the department you are going to and people with access to monitoring recordings.

Providing data is voluntary, however, failure to provide them will result in the inability to identify you, and thus access to our premises.

You have the right to demand from Tywent Sp. z o. o. access to personal data concerning you and obtaining a copy thereof, as well as requesting their rectification, deletion of data, limiting their processing and the right to object to their processing. Data from video surveillance cannot be corrected for technical reasons and are not subject to the right to obtain a copy – this would violate the rights and freedoms of other people who may be included in the recording.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (supervisory authority).

Your data is collected on the basis of art. 6 section 1 letter b, f and c of 27 April 2016 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC to ensure the safety of people and property.

You have the right to object at any time – for reasons related to any particular situation in which you have found yourself – to the processing of your personal data based on legally justified purposes.
